A reader of Pocket PC Thoughts spotted a new Samsung Pocket PC phone at the GITEX conference this week. The coolest feature on this phone is the addition of what appears to be a mouse pointer. The mouse pointer appears to be controlled by a scroller mechanism underneath the screen. This is the first time we've seen a Pocket PC Phone with a mouse pointer.
