A user at the Todo PocketPC forums has posted the spec sheets for all five of the i-mate Ultimate line of smartphones. The Ultimate series consists of the 5150, 6150, 7150, 8150, and 9150 phones. All five phones will have basically the same specifications but will use different form factors. The Ultimate line includes phones with a simple clam shell design, up to a full blown fold out keyboard.
