i-mate Ultimate Line Includes Five New Phones

i-mate has taken the wraps off of five new Windows Mobile 6 devices for its Ultimate line of phones. i-mate has unveiled (clockwise from the top left) the Ultimate 5150, 6150, 7150, 9150, and 8150 phones. These phones are very close in specifications and different only in form factor so you can simply choose the design that feels most comfortable to you.

All of the phones run Windows Mobile 6 on an Intel Bulverde 520 MHz processor. They include 128MB RAM and 256MB ROM. They offer quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE and tri-band UMTS/HSDPA connectivity with Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth 2.0 as well.

The i-mates include a 2 megapixel camera, FM radio and a microSD slot, as well as VGA display, Mini-USB, and a video-out port supporting 1024 x 768 resolution.
