HP iPAQ rx4000 May Include 1 GB of Memory

According to PocketPC.com.hk the upcoming HP iPaq rx4000 will include 1GB of storage space in addition to the standard 64MB RAM and 128MB ROM. Details are sketchy on this new model but it is expected to be released in Asia in October.

The new rx4000 will feature a 2.8" QVGA display, integrated Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.0, an SDIO slot. It will also include a scroll wheel which is a nice addition. It will run Windows Mobile 5.0. and sell for about US$299. No word if or when it will be available in the US.
