Motorola Q Could Come To Verizon

News - By: pdaBlast! Staff - August 31, 2005

The recently announced Motorola Q could be coming to Verizon. Original reports suggested the Q would be a GSM quad band phone, which would only be suitable for carriers like T-Mobile and Cingular in the US. Now comes word from Smartphone Thoughts that a CDMA version with EV-DO will appear at Verizon sometime in the first quarter of next year.

Smartphone Thoughts received an email from a reader who claimed to have played with the Motorola Q at a conference, and that it was connected to Verizon. They even spoke with a Motorola representative who mentioned it might be launced in Q1.
