Does anyone know what this is? It looks like someone is trying to make a laptop out of old computer and PDA parts, including a Toshiba Pocket PC. They even have a cell phone hooked up which would presumably give them Ineternet access. Who would use such a thing? We don't know but it looks interesting. Although iPaqHQ.com posted the picture, it was taken from a Russian web site (see link below). There are more pictures of similar attempts on the Russian web site.
