ECER Technology has introduced a new product called TiltCONTROL. TiltCONTROL, which sells for $49 is a new way to interface with a PDA. It currently works with Pocket PCs, Palm OS devices or a Nokia N-GAGE smartphone.

By plugging the TiltCONTROL into a supported handheld, users can control any application or game by tilting their device from left to right or up and down. Use it to play games, scroll up and down the pages of documents or web pages, draw masterpieces or flip the pages of an electronic book with the flick of a wrist.

There are software products available which are specifically developed for the TiltCONTROL that allow users to measure and log the performance of a motor vehicle, or performance during exercise.

For a limited time, ECER is offering its CONTROL-EMUL8R software free with the purchase of TiltCONTROL. This application lets you do anything with TiltCONTROL that you can with a stylus or D-Pad.

TiltCONTROL currently works on most iPAQ Pocket PCs and will soon work with Palm M125, M130, M500, M505, M515, i705, Tungsten and Zire PDAs, CASIO devices, and Nokia's N-GAGE.
