The official Facebook app for Windows Phone has been updated to version 2.4. The app was recently updated to version 2.3 with some big UI changes, but Facebook Events were removed from the main menu. The development team announced that it was an oversight, and a fix would be out soon. It looks like version 2.4 brings Events back to the app and all is well.
