According to BGR, AT&T will push the official Windows Phone 7.5 Mango update to its existing Windows Phone devices on the 27th, next week. If you have the HTC Surround, LG Quantum or Samsung Focus you will get the update next Tuesday, September 27th. If you have the HTC HD7S you will have to wait a little longer, but you should receive your update by the end of October. BGR got its hands on an internal memo that spelled out AT&T's plans.
