Palm Treo Pro reviewed by PC Magazine

Software Reviews - By: pdaBlast! Staff - March 27, 2009

PC Magazine has reviewed the Sprint Treo Pro. They like the device but predict it will have will never "truly have the opportunity to shine." After releasing the device during the Palm Pre hype, and having several delays, the Treo Pro will likely have a hard time among its peers.

Like we said, PC Mag likes the device.

"Sprint's version of the Treo Pro is one of the better Windows Mobile options out there-mostly because Palm hasn't tried to turn it into an iPhone with ineffective finger-friendly overlays that drag down performance."

We like the Treo Pro too. It's slightly wider and thinner than the Treo 800w. It looks a lot slicker than the 800w but there's just one problem. The keyboard absolutely bites. It's a deal breaker. We're sticking with the Treo 800w for now. We use it with PushEffect to get BlackBerry-like push email and it rocks.
