The world was expecting the Treo Pro to be released on Sprint on the 15th. Well the world will have to wait a little longer because the Treo Pro has now been delayed.

BGR has posted an internal Sprint documen that says the Treo Pro's release date is officially "TBD." Nobody seems to know what the cause of the delay is, but is it really a surprise? So many of the phones these days get delayed for one reason or another.

Official announcement from Sprint:

"Sprint has not announced availability for the Treo Pro. Sprint looks forward to welcoming this exciting, new device into our portfolio as soon as it has been approved through our customary testing process. We will share details on the correct availability date as soon as the standard testing of both the device and its interaction with our network has concluded. Thank you for your interest in Sprint products."
