Palm is really keeping up with the updates for the Treo 800w. The device has only been out for about 7 weeks and Palm has released 2 updates already. It would be better not to require these updates, but we have to give props to Palm for acting quickly in regards to these problems.

Users can install the update over the air, or by downloading the file to a PC. WE did the over the air install and it went without a hitch. Simply direct your browser to palm.com/800wusbota and look for the download button.
