Palm has released a new over the air backup application for the Palm Treo. Palm Backup Beta will save your Treo's data to a secure server from anywhere you have wireless data coverage.

The service currently backs up your Contacts, Calendar, Memos, Tasks, Bookmarks, Quick Dials, and call log. The service is compatible with the Treo 700p, 680 and 650.

Palm Backup Beta is free but only for a limited time.
