Treo 700w Push Email Updater Pulled from Palm Web Site

News - By: pdaBlast! Staff - April 24, 2006

Last week, Palm, Inc. and Verizon Wireless posted a Microsoft Service Feature Pack (MSFP) for the Treo 700w on the Palm web site. The updater gave the long awaited push email feature to the Treo 700w. The updater has now apparently been pulled from the Palm web site.

Palm hasn't given a reason why this software has been removed from its site. The web page where it was posted says, "Temporarily unavailable. We anticipate that the Treo 700w updater will be available at a later date. If you have already installed the updater, please disregard this message."

Perhaps this is just a technical glitch and it will be posted later?
