BenQ P50 PDA Phone Available in UK

Over a year ago BenQ announced the P50 PDA-Phone at the CES2005 show. It is now on sale in the UK and it looks great. The P50 is targeted towards the business user with sophisticated taste.

The P50 is a GSM (quad-band 850/900/1800/1900 MHz) phone that runs on Windows Mobile 2003. It's powered by an Intel PXA272 416Mhz processor and includes 64MB of SDRAM and 64MB of Flash ROM. it comes with a 2.83" QVGA TFT LCD display with touch screen and supports a resolution of 240 x 320.

The P50 includes an integrated 1.3 megapixel camera with 4x digital zoom. The P50 can handle most of the major audio/video formats for playback.
