Check out the new smartphones from i-mate, the SP5 and SP5m. They run Windows Mobile 5.0 on 64MB RAM and 64MB ROM. They include Bluetooth, miniSD slot, 1.3 mega-pixel camera, WiFi, and a voice recorder. No press release has been issued but the details of these phones can be found on the i-mate web site.
