French site Mobinaute, has a preview of the upcoming HTC Galaxy. The preview includes lots of pictures with comparisons to other Pocket PC phones, and even the Treo 540. The HTC Galaxy runs on a Samsung S3C2440 300MHz processor with 32MB RAM, 64MB ROM. It features a 2.8" QVGA screen, integrated GPS, and Bluetooth. It has SDIO/MMC functionality, 802.11b Wi-Fi, and runs on Windows Mobile 5.0.
