At the Microsoft Windows Hardware Engineering Conference 2005, Microsoft Corp. Chairman Bill Gates showed an ultra-mobile concept PC. He said it was a futuristic example of the use of Windows Operating System technology. According to a report on InformationWeek.com Microsoft is aiming for general acceptance of a whole new category of portable, always-connected devices with batteries that last all day long. Isn't that basically just a killer PDA?
