3G VGA Pocket PC Phone Announced

T-mobile Germany has just announced the MDA IV Pocket PC Phone. The MDA IV is a 3G VGA Pocket PC Phone in a clam shell design. The flip-swivel design reveals a thumb keyboard and a 480 x 640 VGA display. The MDA IV is a GSM/GPRS (900/1800/1900 MHz) phone that will run Windows Mobile for Pocket PC on a 520 MHz Intel XScale processor. It will include 2 separate cameras: one for pictures and one for video.

Availability in Germany is scheduled for this summer. No information on whether or not a US version will be released is available at this time.
