Toshiba is recalling one of their optional high-capacity batteries for the Toshiba Pocket PC e740. There is apparently a problem with the e740 sometimes locking up with the battery. The following is a clip from the Toshiba web site:

"When using the optional high-capacity battery in your Toshiba Pocket PC e740, you may experience unexpected shutdowns, hard resets, or inability to turn on your PDA under normal use."
