Kenamea Supports Pocket PCs

News - By: pdaBlast! Staff - August 14, 2002

Kenamea, Inc., a provider of Web messaging software, announced that its platform supports Windows Powered Pocket PCs. Using the Kenamea Web Messaging Platform, enterprises can deploy powerful, rich, networked applications for Pocket PCs without complex custom network coding. Pocket PC applications running Kenamea web messaging software can operate reliably and securely over any network connection, and work both on and offline, while maintaining the highest level of user productivity.

The Kenamea Platform apparently allows applications running on Pocket PCs to exchange real-time messages with any enterprise system over the Internet. Kenamea's software automatically corrects underlying network errors and failures, supports a complete security model, and is firewall and Internet friendly. Kenamea's message queuing technology allows applications to function both in on-line and off-line modes. Kenamea is ideal for applications where mobile users need real-time access to information or when they have intermittent connectivity, such as an order management, supply chain, or currency trading application.
