OpenNap is a peer-to-peer file sharing program for the Pocket PCs. The peer-to-peer model was popularized by Napster. Attempts to stop file sharing over the internet have been unsuccessful, and the populairty of these programs is continuing to grow and expand into new markets.
OpenNap is an excellent example of the peer-to-peer file sharing model moving to new platforms. Although many people associate file sharing exclusively with piracy there are an abundance of legitimate uses for this type of software.
