Smartphone 2002 Launched

Today is the big day that many of us have been waiting for. Microsoft and Orange have teamed to launch the SPV (Sound Pictures Voice) Smartphone in London.

This day is a big step for Microsoft, and few are more excited about the launch of smartphone than Juha Christensen, corporate vice-president of Microsoft's mobile devices division. Christensen said that today is the high point of his career.

Orange will bring the SPV to market before the end of the month. Suggested retail for the device will be 180 GPB (approx. $278 US). It is believed that Orange will include the optional digital camera attachment with the box.
